Enjoy a host of amazing talent during this wonderful evening of music, poetry and interactive sound experiences! Any donations help raise funds for Families for Children in Podanur, India

Where: Luc Sculpture, 663 Greenwood, Toronto: www.lucsculpture.com What is Families for Children (FFC): Families for Children is a private, non-profit agency operating homes that care for hundreds of destitute children and women in India and Bangladesh. It was started over 30 year ago by Sandra Simpson, of Montreal, Canada and is run by volunteers so that all funds can go directly to the children!
In January 2012 I will be travelling to India to volunteer at one of the homes for disabled children. Please come out and support this good cause – even donations as little as $20 can make a difference! Tax receipts will be issued. A presentation at the Spirituality in Health Care Network With Voice3: Ann-Marie Boudreau, Hazel Walker & Lisa Hartt
Those who hold deep space for others moving through trauma and illness often do not take the time to care for themselves. Following an orientation of breath, voice and world instruments, Voice3 will introduce the various aspects of soundwork and how it impacts on the human psyche, soul, spirit and body. Attendees will have an opportunity to experiment with some of the simple, hand-held instruments offered as well as giving and receiving sound for the nurturing and care of self and others. This interactive and engaging evening will be an opportunity to drink in a rich sound experience and consider how to incorporate sound for self -grounding and renewal.

Ann-Marie Boudreau and Michael Franklin will be facilitating two workshops throughout the weekend:
Harvest Dreaming: How often do we focus on harvesting our own dreams? In this guided meditative and live-surround-sound experience you will be encouraged to step more deeply into examining your own personal ‘harvest’.
Sounding the Four Elements: Using voice and small user-friendly instruments, learn how to use sound to create the four elements. Come prepared to explore your voice and learn new ways to co-create group sound experiences. Participants will also have a chance to ‘receive’ soundings during this workshop.
Facilitators/Bios: Ann-Marie Boudreau & Michael Franklin have been creating live-surround sound experiences together over the past few years. Adept in the use of many world instruments, they create journeys with sound which carry their listeners to places of deep inner exploration.
Pre-registration can be done via PayPal or by mail in form. Our registration page details all of the packages we offer along with their associated costs. Voice3 Vocal Program
New Series Starts Wednesday, October 19th

This exciting vocal course consists of 5 stand-alone modules offered over 20 weeks. All classes are introductory. Wednesday nights from 7:30 p.m. - 9:30p.m. Full program runs from September 14/11 to May 2012.

Four Wednesdays: Oct.19, 26, Nov. 9, 16

Breath & Sound Workshop – Release and Restore!

This one day workshop uses breath and sound to create a bridge between the conscious and unconscious minds accessing and connecting body, mind, spirit and emotions. This body oriented workshop will help to heal, release negative energy and stress, return you to balance and allow you to come home to yourself. The session is complemented by a live, evocative soundscape that supports and deepens the experience. A variety of acoustic instruments and vocals are used to help reflect and impel the breather’s experience. Together, breath and live sound offer a uniquely rich inner journey.

Through her company Conscious Journeys she leads women on inner and outer journeys to India focused on community service, cultural immersion and adventure. This workshop offers a supportive, playful opportunity to explore and deepen your connection with the female archetypes that are most powerful for mature women.
