Sonica Sanctus – Music as Medicine!
With Gary away in Nigeria for the next month - join Ann-Marie Boudreau, Hazel Walker & Lisa Hartt-Spillane for an evening of improvised sound and music as medicine!

Ann-Marie Boudreau will be bringing her wonderful brand of sounding to the Yoga Studio with teacher, Jennifer Howey.

“Story Into Healing” Snow Lion Fundraiser
Sponsored by Snow Lion & Gitche M’Qua, this fundraiser is in support of Gitche M’Qua Centre for Healing & Dying and the Gaden Choling Mahayana Buddhist Meditation Centre.
