This seven week series explores the intersection of Jungian psychology and soundwork. We consider the generative and destructive sides of archetypal energies through intentional soundmaking. Consider the Warrior, Sovereign, Healer, Magus, and more.  The course is largely taught experientially.  No prior musical training is necessary.

Dive deeply into your journey of authentic vocal expression in this soulful vocal workshop. Tap into your unlimited creativity & playful inner child as you explore the use of improvisational vocalizing and vocables.  Access the primordial energy which will bring you into contact with your original sound language.  From that place your own personal soul sound will emerge.  It’s time to awaken to the enormous power and influence of your voice!

Journey Into Stillness:  A Sound Journey Experience
Hosted by Ann-Marie Boudreau
Join us for this intimate and personal ‘live surround-sound’ experience!  Created as an evening of relaxation, we’ll be encouraging you to move into a place of stillness inside, a reflection of nature in its hibernation and gestation period.
What is a Sound Journey? 
For 90 minutes allow yourself to be enfolded by deep healing sounds from acoustic world instruments being played around and over you.  A sound journey can support you as you move into a deepening meditative state while reclining and relaxing.  At times melodic, sometimes dissonant, the soundscape is created utilizing an intimate knowledge of the chakra system, shamanic traditions and the vibrational nature of our bodies to enhance and deepen the meditation experience.

Doors open at 7:15pm, the Journey starts at 7:30pm sharp! Arrive early to set up your space. Note: doors are locked at 7:45pm so as not to interrupt those journeying.
