Dear Friends,
As we continue to move through these times of turbulence which are taking place throughout many parts of our world it behooves us to continue doing our own work and deepen our own connection with our inner world.
 
In support of that connection I’m hosting another Sound Journey this month entitled “Deep Healing Trance”.  Reiki practitioners will be offering up their gifts to those who would like to receive energy work while relaxing and taking in the good sound vibrations.
 
NEW ON MYSPACE:  I’ve posted several New soothing improvisational pieces on my MySpace site.  Two of the pieces were recorded at the Twin Flames Sonic Reiki concert that I performed at last December.  The third piece is a debut piano improvisation I recorded many years ago but haven’t shared with the public until now.  To have a listen check my myspace site at:  www.myspace.com/annmarieboudreau  Relax and enjoy!

Deep Healing Trance:  A Sound Journey Experience
Hosted by Ann-Marie Boudreau
Join us for this intimate and personal ‘live surround-sound’ experience!  Created as an evening of relaxation, we’ll be encouraging you to move into a place of deep healing inside.  Several Reiki practitioners will be joining us to add their wonderful energy work to the experience.  If you would like to receive reiki during the sound journey experience let the attendees know when you arrive.
What is a Sound Journey? 
For 90 minutes allow yourself to be enfolded by deep healing sounds from acoustic world instruments being played around and over you.  A sound journey can support you as you move into a deepening meditative state while reclining and relaxing.  At times melodic, sometimes dissonant, the soundscape is created utilizing an intimate knowledge of the chakra system, shamanic traditions and the vibrational nature of our bodies to enhance and deepen the meditation experience.

Doors open at 7:15pm, the Journey starts at 7:30pm sharp! Arrive early to set up your space. Note: doors are locked at 7:45pm so as not to interrupt those journeying.

Stages of the Hero’s Journey: A Soundwork Practitioners’ Training Program
This seven week series examines Joseph Campbell’s monomyth as a template for maturation and transformation.
Participants consider major phases in the journey and how to reflect those to groups/clients through soundwork.
The course is largely taught experientially. No prior musical training is necessary.
