Energy Grounding Workshop with Denis Chagnon
Trying to shift patterns?  Looking to take your life and life’s work to the next level?  Long-lasting, sustained change can often be challenging.  Denis Chagnon is a healer renowned for developing and teaching a simple technique known for grounding which he developed through his own life and death struggle with cancer. Grounding facilitates the body’s natural genius for healing.  By using this technique we can bring our energies into balance centering us in a sense of peace, of expansive union, of limitless potential.  This feeling is beyond words for all who practice this grounding method.  This is a powerful tool for self transformation and for therapists of all modalities as well.  In this one-day workshop, Denis will lead you through a series of exercises by which you can learn and use the grounding technique.  By day’s end you will have acquired a skill that is simple enough to be practiced anywhere and anytime – yet powerful enough to bring clarity to body, mind and spirit.  For more information on Denis and to book a session with him:  www.mybookingcalendar.com/denischagnon

Ann-Marie Boudreau will be spend the last portion of the day exploring improvisational and intentional sounding with the group.  This will give participants an opportunity to explore their voices in a playful and comfortable manner along with learning about and using many different kinds of world instruments.  At the end of the session the participants both provide and receive the medicine/sonic tonic of intentional soundmaking.  
Time:  10:00am to 5:00pm
