Energy Grounding Workshop with Denis Chagnon
Trying to shift patterns?  Looking to take your life and life’s work to the next level?  Long-lasting, sustained change can often be challenging.  Denis Chagnon is a healer renowned for developing and teaching a simple technique known for grounding which he developed through his own life and death struggle with cancer. Ann-Marie Boudreau will be spend the last portion of the day exploring improvisational and intentional sounding with the group.  This will give participants an opportunity to explore their voices in a playful and comfortable manner along with learning about and using many different kinds of world instruments.  At the end of the session the participants both provide and receive the medicine/sonic tonic of intentional soundmaking.

Mainly created as an evening of relaxation, we’ll be encouraging movement in honour of the spring buds which are slowly growing through the earth readying themselves to sprout above the surface soon!  Doors open at 7:15pm, the Journey starts at 7:30pm sharp!
